Mimi sighed and stroked Roger's sweat soaked hair. He was running an incredibly high fever and with his weakened immune system Mimi was scared this could be the end for him. She looked down at Roger and sighed. "How you feeling baby?" Mimi asked.

Samantha nodded. "Been taking your AZT?" she asked. Mimi nodded. "I've made sure he takes his when I take mine." Samantha nodded, grabbing a table from the corner of the room to turn into her supply table.

Roger sighed and pulled the blaket closer around him.

Once Samantha had her supplies set up she handed the thermometer to Mimi. "Open up baby," Mimi said gently, stroking Roger's hair with her free hand.

Mimi carded her finger's through Roger's hair and took the thermometer when it beeped, sighing at the reading. It had come up again.

"It's up again, nearly 103 this time," Mimi said. "Have you gotten him to eat or drink anything?" Samantha asked Mimi shook her head. "Getting him to take his AZT is hard enough, he won't eat or drink anything either....." Samantha sighed. "Roger......."

Samantha stood and walked into the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water. She held the glass out to Roger. "Drink," she spoke firmly.
